•     Refunds: Cancellations made within this window may qualify for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

•     Late Cancellations: Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund, though we will gladly explore options such as credit toward a future offering.

•     Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience an unexpected situation that affects your ability to participate, please reach out. We’ll do our best to find a thoughtful solution.
